The Road to Menstrual Hygiene Day 2022

When? Thursday 10th March 2022; 11:30 – 13:00 (CET)

Where: MS Teams

We want to invite you all to join another important and closely related global campaign, because… It’s time to get ready for Menstrual Hygiene Day 2022!

2022 is another important year for Menstrual Hygiene Day and for menstrual health and hygiene (MHH). The Covid-19 pandemic has exacerbated the menstruation-related challenges women and girls face around the world. As we’re starting to see the light at the end of the Covid-19 tunnel, we need to make sure that MHH receives the action and investment it deserves in the post-pandemic recovery.

With 28 May approaching fast, this event is designed to help you plan and make the most out of MH Day 2022 for your programmes and projects. Our friends from the International MH Day Secretariat will share the overall focus for MH Day 2022, the main global campaign action you can participate in, and the Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Education Guide. We will also have time to exchange ideas, experiences, and suggestions, including on how to engage decision-makers and activate colleagues.
