The recent Vietnamese Documentary Movie (2013) “By Choice or By Chance” will be screened at GIZ Country Office to all interested staff. Following the screening, 1-2 of the main female characters whose lives are shown in the movie as well as 1 member of the film production team will be present for a Q&A session and will engage in discussions and share experiences on women’s empowerment in modern Vietnam and the current situation of single mothers in different parts of the country including aspects of rural-urban differences.
