854 photos. 38 countries. 1362 active participants: 818 women and 544 men. This is the impressive result of the GIZ-wide photo campaign “Your voice against gender-based violence”.
On the occasion of the international 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign, 634 submissions from GIZ offices in 38 countries and 220 contributions from Eschborn, Bonn and Berlin were collected. They form a powerful statement for the urgent need to support a strong position against gender-based violence, to act and contribute to a change in attitudes worldwide.
In honour of the encouragining display of activism, the mosaic “Our voice against gender-based violence” as well as about 100 very creative and powerful contributions formed the photo exhibition. Facts and figures on gender-based violence in various countries completed the informational value of the photos.
The exhibition was open to GIZ colleagues during Gender Week.

Anlässlich der internationalen Kampagne 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence wurden 634 internationale Beiträge aus 38 Ländern und 220 Beiträge aus Eschborn, Bonn und Berlin zusammengetragen. Gemeinsam repräsentieren sie den Einsatz der GIZ gegen gender-based violence.
Die Beiträge wurden im Mosaik “Our voice against gender-based violence” gewürdigt und von weiteren besoneren Fotos und Facts und figures zu gender-based violence begleitet.
