GIZ Serbia organized a Gender World Café 2015 in co-operation with the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Republic of Serbia (SIPRU).
Current and future needs to improve emerging gender issues in Serbia have been discussed. The participants are assigned to improve gender equality in Serbia (government institutions, civil society and GIZ project staff).
The aim of the event was to scope the strategic potential for the implementation of gender equality work in Serbia in general and for GIZ projects in particular.
The potential for future strategic orientation of GIZ-Serbia towards gender equality in Serbia has been mapped, key stakeholders in gender equality in Serbia have been informed about GIZ gender work and the networking of gender experts and GIZ project staff is improved.
