Today, achieving gender equality requires everyone to be onboard, including men. What does this mean for men at GIZ? men@work is providing exciting inputs and an exchange forum for male colleagues to talk about their personal experiences, challenges, and doubts. It offers a safe space for men to share ideas on male perspectives on gender equality and to express personal needs.
