As part of the GIZ Gender Month 2023, which is taking place in March, we would like to draw your attention to the 45-minute individual coaching on the topic of “Gender sensitivity in the workplace” offered March 15th and March 17th by the Academy free of charge.

The individual coaching sessions will be conducted by Dr. Claudia Neusüß (compassorange) in both English and German. She has many years of consulting and coaching experience and deals with current questions and challenges such as gender diversity, the ability of organisations to learn, sustainable management and social entrepreneurship.
Feel free to use this nudge offered by the Academy to engage with Dr. Neusüß and address topics such as personal challenges, as well as reflect on how the topic “Gender sensitivity in the workplace” affects or inspires you. Topics related to diversity, intersectionality and LGBTIQ* are very welcome.
If you are interested, feel free to reply to this mail (akademie-gender@giz.de) and please indicate at least two preferred timeslot. Registrations for the individual coaching are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are ten places available.
