GIZ Namibia colleagues and colleagues from partner organisations are invited to an Informal Coffee gathering and discussion around the intersection of gender and diversity with the main objective targeted at broadening the understanding of inequalities, discrimination and injustices experienced within the workplace. Let us create intersectionality and obtain an awareness of the diversity of Sexuality, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC), as well as the lived realities and experiences of LGBTI people in the workplace.
