We want to invite you all to find out….what does gender have to do with international chemicals policy? Every day, each of us is in touch with chemicals and chemicals substances either in our food, medicine, hygienic products or children’s toys – often in a gendered way. To create a healthy planet and leave no one behind a gender-responsive and sustainable chemicals policy is essential. Let’s find out how Sustainable Chemistry can contribute to achieving the SDGs with a gender perspective.

This event around the GIZ Gender Week 2022 seeks to enlighten our GIZ colleagues around the globe about gender dimensions in international chemicals policy. Our external speaker, Ms Anna Holthaus (Project Manager, MSP Institute e.V., Berlin) who is currently developing the Gender and Chemicals Road Map will be present and introduced by the GIZ program International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3).
