During this internal GIZ event, staff will exchange the experiences they have made during the gender-related learning spaces of last year and reflect on how to jointly shape our work culture in a peaceful manner that does not exclude, harm or disadvantage anyone, in particular, regarding the prevention and management of sexual misconduct. Furthermore, the current members of the national GIZ Gender Committee and the Gender Action Plan 2021 will be presented.
