Firstly, the results of the survey on gender in our business culture (that was conducted in 2019) and the gender action plan for 2020 are presented, and there is a space for discussion and feedback on the results of the survey. In addition, during the event personnel reflects upon persisting gender inequalities, how they affect all of us in different spaces, and how we can overcome and transform the obstacles related to them.
