Gender & Displacement: Interactive Panel Discussion and Exhibition

In the framework of the GIZ Gender Week and the Philippine Women’s month, we kindly invite you to our event on the nexus between Gender & Displacement consisting of a panel discussion and an exhibition. The event is organised by the CAPID project (Strengthening Capacities for Dealing with Conflict-Induced Forced Displacement in Mindanao) in cooperation with the Regional peace and Order Council (RPOC) and UNFPA and will be held from 2 – 5 pm (UTC+8) on 03. March 2020 in Butuan City, Philippines. For all international colleagues we offer a livestream via Skype and will share an extensive documentation of the event and the exhibition as an online publication on IDA.

2:30 – 3:30 pm                  Interactive Panel Discussion with Representatives of Affected Communities of Caraga and Experts from UNFPA, the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)

3:30 – 4:00 pm                  Discussion with the Audience

4:00 pm                              Opening of the Exhibition and Time for Networking
