Two days Regional Workshop (Western Balkan 6 Countries) on strengthening the notarial practices in South East Europe by implementing the gender responsive share of land ownership.
The workshop will cover the following sessions:
– The LAT methodology and countries’ reporting responsibilities;
– Digitalization of the notarial practice;
– How to increase public awareness on gender equality in notarial practice in South East Europe;
– Reporting on cross-border transactions for notaries; and
– National adaptation of the guideline on strengthening gender equality in notarial practices
