In order to continue raising awareness on gender among GIZ staff in Rwanda, the One Mainstreaming team in collaboration with Peer Educators are organising different sessions on gender ( debates about whether or not affirmative action is something useful or not to promote gender equity) in different programmes of GIZ Rwanda.
