On the occasion of the commemoration of International Women’s Day in Guatemala we invite to the conference “Strategies for Prevention of Violence against Women: Challenges to enhance their socio-political participation” on Wednesday, 7 March from 9.00 – 12.00hrs. at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel (13 street 7-65, Zone 9), for which we extend a cordial invitation to participate.
The discussion aims to exchange ideas on the situation of Guatemalan women against the phenomenon of violence and challenges to enhance their civic participation; as well as other experiences in Latin America that contribute to empower women’s citizen participation.
